Individual counseling sessions are $175 for 50 minutes.
My areas of focus include life transitions and women’s issues (including infertility, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause), as well as anxiety, depression, and substance use.

A free 15-minute consultation call is available to explore fit.
Individual therapy sessions are $175.
I review and adjust my pricing annually. Clients will receive advance notice of any rate changes in compliance with the No Surprises Act.
Insurance Accepted
I accept several major insurance plans. Co-pays depend on individual plans.

Payment Policy
Payment is collected at the time of service via credit card on file.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee equivalent to your specific insurance reimbursement rate. This fee cannot be billed to insurance and will be your responsibility. I do realize special circumstances arise and I am flexible on this policy when appropriate.
