About me

Hi, I’m Quinn.

I’ve been in the therapy world for over 20 years – since finishing my master’s in Rehabilitation and Substance Abuse Counseling in 2005. The relationship between therapist and client is, in my experience, one of the most powerful catalysts for change, so I show up as a real person with my clients, not just a clinician.

My approach is relational and attachment focused, which is why AEDP fits so well – it centers the therapeutic relationship and the idea that real change is possible. I also draw on CBT, EFT and other modalities based on what each client brings to the session. You’re the expert on yourself, and I honor that.

Outside the office, I’m kept busy by my three children and two dogs. I love almost all things outside; get me near water and I’m in my happy place.
