My Therapeutic Approach:

The relationship between therapist and client is, in my experience, one of the most powerful catalysts for change. I’ve been in the therapy world for over 20 years – since finishing my masters in Rehabilitation and Substance Abuse Counseling in 2005 – and I show up as a real person with my clients, not just a clinician.

My approach is relational and attachment focused, which is why AEDP fits so well – it centers the therapeutic relationship and the idea that real change is possible. I also draw on CBT, EFT and other modalities based on what each client brings to the session. You’re the expert on yourself, and I honor that.

Outside the office, I’m kept busy by my three children and two dogs. I love almost all things outside; get me near water and I’m in my happy place.
